Hi Leani, don't bother wasting your time trying to explain this to sage. The site basically opens up as if your trying to access it from a cellphone or tablet. Has any other Mac users experienced the same? Is there a more practical way to explain this to the sage team? The keyboard icon has nothing to do with Mac our its accessibility. Every time I want to access the payroll I have to change the "user agent" to a Windows based browser. The workaround I found so far after tirelessly searching and fooling around as I got no alternative from the sage team other than using a windows computer was to enable developer tools in my browser. Onwards, the payroll does not recognise all my mouse clicks and selections jumps around making the payroll basically unusable. A small blue Keyboard icon appears in the top left corner. When I "launch" my site to get to the company listing it's as Sage picks up my Macbook as a mobile device.
